Feta cheese Alpanidis is produced in Northern Greece (Macedonia),
the soft salty white cheese is made according to its standards
PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) with high quality
sheep's and goat's milk of the Krussian region
Kilkis from selected breeders.
It is formed in large pieces, which are dipped in containers with brine.
Feta Alpanidis is produced with the apostolic use
sheep's milk, or a mixture of sheep's and goat's milk
(up to 30% of goat's milk).
Feta Alanidis is distributed in a supermarket and mini market
in various packages, the cheese is cut and sold
directly from the container as well as in standardized weights
sealed in plastic containers or gas-tight package with brine.
The high quality of Feta Alpanidis has a creamy texture
and the aromas of sheep's milk, butter, and yogurt.
